1 . When an operator breaks a needle they must stop work immediately.

2 . All work in the area is quarantine until all needle parts are found. All work in that area will be separate until all parts of the needle are found.

3 . The operator needs to find out the parts of the broken needle within two meters of the operator's machine. The operator should search for broken needle parts around the machine within two meters of the machine.

4 . The operator is issued a replacement needle if all parts are found. If all parts

If found, the operator will reverse the needle.

4 .  অপারেটরকে মেশিনের দুই মিটারের মধ্যে মেশিনের চারপাশে ভাঙ্গা সুই অংশগুলি অনুসন্ধান করতে হবে।

 

 সমস্ত অংশ পাওয়া গেলে অপারেটরকে একটি প্রতিস্থাপন সুই জারি করা হয়। যদি সব অংশ যদি পাওয়া যায়, অপারেটর সুই বিপরীত হবে.
