Green card:
During the inspection that operator process must be ok as per the quality standard.
গ্রীন কার্ড: পরিদর্শনের সময় যে অপারেটর প্রক্রিয়া মান অনুযায়ী ঠিক হতে হবে.
Yellow card:
During the inspection that operator process must ok as per the quality except one defect that machine marked as yellow card until the next inspection. QA will inform to controller, controller will take necessary action. And the operator must check his full bundle and repairing the defects if finds more.
হলুদ কার্ড: পরিদর্শনের সময় অপারেটর প্রক্রিয়া ঠিক আছে মান অনুযায়ী একটি ত্রুটি ছাড়া যে মেশিনটি পরবর্তী পরিদর্শন পর্যন্ত হলুদ কার্ড হিসাবে চিহ্নিত। QA কন্ট্রোলারকে জানাবে, কন্ট্রোলার প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নেবে। এবং অপারেটরকে অবশ্যই তার সম্পূর্ণ বান্ডিল পরীক্ষা করতে হবে এবং ত্রুটিগুলি মেরামত করতে হবে যদি আরও বেশি পাওয়া যায়।
Red card:
During the inspection that operator process found more than one defect that machine marked as red card until the next inspection. And stop the machine until the problem will solve the operator will check all those garment and repair. And QA will audit again if ok put yellow card until the next audit & mention the report..
লাল কার্ড: যে অপারেটর চেক করার সময় একাধিক ভুল খুঁজে পাবে তাকে লাল কার্ড দেবে এবং মেশিনটি অবিলম্বে বন্ধ করে দেবে। সমস্যার সমাধান না হওয়া পর্যন্ত অপারেটর কোনো কাজ করতে পারে না। তিনি সমস্ত পোশাক পুনরায় পরীক্ষা করবেন এবং সমস্যাগুলি মেরামত করবেন। যদি QA পুনরায় পরীক্ষা করে এবং কোন ত্রুটি খুঁজে না পায়, তাহলে রিপোর্টে উল্লেখ করতে হবে এবং ব্যবস্থার জন্য হলুদ কার্ড দিতে হবে। এক ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আবার চেক করার পর কোনো সমস্যা না পেলে গ্রিন কার্ড দেওয়া হবে। কোনো সমস্যা হলে আবার লাল কার্ড দেওয়া হবে।
